Winter Wonderland PTU

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
PTU Jack Frost Kit by Gina's Gems Scraps here
Thanks Gina!
Template, Winter Wonderland by TallChic D-Zines here
Snow supplies here
Font of choice I am using A&S Snapper Script
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15
the haunted house I had from another scrap kit but the template supplies you with one

Let's Begin!

Open up your Template and duplicate by holding the shift key and the letter D, close out the original template and then delete the copy right layer, the Winter Wonderland wording and the sparkles.
Resize to your liking, I did 500 x 500
Now starting from the bottom of the template and working our way up.
(Resize each paper and element to your liking)
So on the bottom raster 8 layer, recolor using your Color Changer Tool to this color #65bcb8, then just click on the layer with the tool.
Now on raster 7, go to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat, then open up paper 24, and right click copy, right click paste as new layer, and palce above the raster 7 layer, then with the paper layer still highlighted, go to Selections-Invert-Hit delete on your keyboard and then deselect.
(Follow these same directions each time we add a paper on a layer from the template.)
Now on the rectangle 1, follow the steps from above using paper 4
Now on the oval, follow the steps from above but use paper 22
On rectangle 2, follow the steps from above using paper 9
Now you can add the snowman 2, and right click copy, right click paste as new layer.
Now add any other elements you want just make sure you copy and paste each one as a new layer!
 Add your name and copyright

:Animation Shop:
Now open up the snow that I supplied and notice there are 6 frames. Select all frames and minimize for now, we will get back to that later
Now go back to PSP and close off all layers above the Oval paper layer you did, so basically everything under that oval should be left open, now right click copy merged and then paste into Animation Shop as new animation, now right click the first frame and copy, then right click paste after current frame, repeat that process for a total of 6 frames. Highlight all frames, minimize for now we are going to paste our snow animation on it in a minute.
Now go back to the snow animation and make sure all your frames are still highlighted, right click copy, then go to your tag you just minimized , and right click paste into selection, now position your snow on the oval layer, you have to paste the snow 3 times on the oval layer, because the snow is too small. I put one in the middle of the oval and then did one on each side of the middle snow animation. Highlight all frames, and minimize for now. We will add the rest of the tag from PSP in a minute
Now go back to PSP and close off all the layers you just moved over to AS, and open up all of the other layers, then right click copy merged and go to animation shop and paste as new animation, then copy the first frame, then right click paste after current frame, then repeat this process for a total of 6 frames again. Highlight all frames and right click copy, and open up the tag where we just added the snow animation and right click paste into selection.
View animation!
You are done!

Font of choice I am using QumpellkaNo12 and Jenna Sue
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15
the haunted house I had from another scrap kit but the template supplies you with one

Let's Begin!

Open up your Template and duplicate by holding the shift key and the letter D, close out the original template and then delete the copy right layer, spiders, lightning, skulls and bottom white raster layer  and then resize to your liking, I use a good tagger size of 460 x 460

Now on the large black raster circle, we are going to change that to a paper from the kit. We are going to use paper raster 7. So highlight the black circle layer on your layers palette by clicking on it
and then go to
Selections-
Select All-
Float-
Defloat-
open up paper 7 and right click and paste as new layer above the circle, then go to
Selections-
Invert-
hit delete on your keyboard-then go to
Selections-
Select None
Delete the black circle
Now these are the same steps we are going to use every time we change a part of the template with a paper from the kit

Now on the bottom black rectangle (where the words spooked are) change that to paper raster 2 (the paper with the lines that are going horizontal)
Follow the same steps as above.

Now on the black rectangle that is in the center of your tag we are going to change that to paper raster 8. Follow steps as above

Now on the inner black rectangle we are going to change that to paper raster 12. Follow steps as above
Now you can add any elements you want from the kit, making sure you copy and paste each element as a new layer.

Add your title "Happy Halloween" your name and any copyright info you need and your are done!
